I found my love for CrossFit 8 years ago and haven't put the barbell down since. I have competed in approximately 10 local CrossFit competitions and too many races to count. I have a young daughter who is my biggest cheerleader and motivation.
In search of a healthy outlet from work and parenting, I started running. When I was confident enough, I tested myself and signed up for a 5k. Once a 5K was easy, I leveled up to a 10k and then a 15k. Each milestone gave me more confidence to push harder and continue to test my body. A couple of years later I was introduced to CrossFit and began my new journey testing not only my endurance but also my strength. I've proud of how far I've come and look forward to witnessing newer athletes navigate their own journey.
I'm passionate about CrossFit and helping athletes reach milestones along their personal fitness journey. I strive to be an example of what a strong/healthy mom should look like!
