This program incorporates all the elements of the FIT program, but also includes Olympic weightlifting. Beginners are encouraged to participate in the FIT program for 6 weeks before joining the Barbell program.

Services & Pricing
With a focus on endurance and speed, this class includes distance and interval running or rowing for all levels of ability. Our coach will customize the workout to your pace. Our SHAC ENDURANCE class meets at the SHAC on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm.
With a focus on safety and technique, this bootcamp style class promotes conditioning through constantly varied movements. Sample movements include pushups, pullups, squats, running, rowing, kettlebell work and Olympic weightlifting. Every workout is scaled by the coach to fit each athlete.
