These sessions are built around HYROX-style training—combining endurance, strength, and functional work to improve pacing, engine, and total-body resilience. Whether you're prepping for your first race or looking to level up, this is where the work gets done.

And coming up: a structured 12-week HYROX training program designed with progressive cycles, intentional build, and race-day performance in mind. We'll also be offering 1:1 nutrition coaching tailored to support your nutrition leading up to and during race day to optimize your performance!
