Allie Battaglia

Allie grew up as a competitive swimmer and runner, which sparked a lifelong love for fitness and athletic performance. I’ve been doing CrossFit for about four years and have been lifting for much longer, with a special appreciation for workouts that incorporate running. I also continue to supplement my training with swimming whenever I can. What I love most about CrossFit is the community, the scalability, and the fact that it truly is for everybody—and every body. I’ve been coaching our Strength & Conditioning class for about a year now and really enjoy spending that extra time with members, helping build strength across our community and focusing on supplemental training that supports better performance in WODs and everyday life.
