CrossFit Level 1 Trainer | Former D-III Collegiate Swimmer | Reformed Globo gym Funder. A couple of years ago, I walked into a CrossFit class 'just to try it.' I was instantly hooked. The combination of intensity, community, and functional fitness was what had been missing. It turns out that you get way more fit doing burpees than paying for a globo gym membership that you never use.
From that moment on, I've thrown myself into CrossFit WODs with the same energy and enthusiasm once reserved for 5 a.m. swim practice, trading my cap for barbells, chalk, and much more yelling (encouraging yelling, naturally). As a coach, I offer a unique blend of athletic experience, coaching enthusiasm, and a healthy sense of humor to the gym floor.
