I’m Kris Sargent – an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer specializing in functional and performance breathwork. With degrees in Health Science and Education, I’ve worn a lot of hats: teacher, ops manager, coach – and athlete through gymnastics, cheer, climbing, and CrossFit. The common thread? A lifelong obsession with human potential and what happens when we actually learn to tap into it.

My mission is simple: help people move better, breathe better, feel better, and live higher. Whether that means helping you get your first pull up, improving recovery, managing anxiety, or easing breathlessness – I blend science, movement, and mindfulness to boost performance and reconnect with themselves. Dancing while doing it is a bonus.  

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me outdoors with my dog Junee, catching sunrise, hiking, traveling, or recharging by the ocean. Because life isn’t meant to be survived. It’s meant to be lived – lighter, freer – one breath, one habit, one day at a time.
