Sydney Pisetzky is a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach whose goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can challenge themselves, build strength, develop sustainable habits that support their health and wellness for life, and grow within a welcoming, inclusive community.
You will find Syd coaching the WODs, leading Strength and Conditioning classes, and providing personal training for anyone looking to move their body, improve how they feel, or enhance performance in adventure and sport. Nutrition guidance is also available to help clients make choices that support their goals in a practical, sustainable way. Syd focuses on meeting people where they are, building sustainable habits, and creating an inclusive space where clients can grow strength, confidence, and consistency on their own terms.
When they’re not coaching you will find them jamming at Tampa Roller Derby, leading contrast therapy at Hot Box Cold Plunge, traveling with their wife, or getting into general shenanigans. Let’s lift heavy stuff!
